Standard cards are useful for meditation and memorization as the first few words or letters of words are shown for the verse on the other side. Memorization cards are specifically to aid in memorization as they include the first letters of words in places. Stage 1 cards have the fewest words that are dropped, while stage 4 cards drop all the words and just show the first letters.
