If you would like a physical copy of a particular cross-reference book or verse cards (and you are in the United States), email us, and we'll add you to a list for having it mailed out. The cross-reference books that we mail out are bound with wire-o binding so that they are lay flat. The cards are printed on 110 index card paper. Unfortunately, we are currently limited in resources so there will likely be some waiting time until you would receive the materials.
